This
programme links up leaders and corporate executives with
skilled professionals (mentors) in their fields of endeavour
or specialisation for a defined period or duration for
the purpose of mentoring and coaching. This is designed
to bridge the executive skills gap, shorten the growing
leader’s learning curve and minimize the errors
that could lead to fatal crash and failure in life, business
and Ministry. This programme has well defined roles and
responsibilities for mentors and mentees.
It
is intentionally designed to reproduce the next generation
of ministers, professionals and corporate executives
in Ministry and the corporate world.
The
mentoring programme provides regular self-assessment
and guidance in evaluating personal progress, and promotes
accountability in leadership which is critical for building
credibility and enhancing personal influence in life.
