This programme equips leaders within the church and corporate community with strategic leadership skills and competencies through a comprehensive training programme that is based on the institute’s curriculum covering basic concepts, models and principles of strategic leadership, essential leadership skills including planning, goal setting and delegation, teamwork dynamics, communication, motivation and mentoring. It also provides competencies in office administration, documentation, financial management, work ethic and counseling.
