Rhema
Harvest Institute for Strategic Leadership Advancement
(RHISLA) is an interdenominational Christian Leadership
Development Centre of Rhema Harvest International.
The Institute has a vision driven by the deep passion
to develop dynamic leadership capacity within the
Church and corporate community that will enhance
professionalism in Ministry, improve corporate governance
in institutions and transform society at large.
While many are born with enormous potential to impact
their generations and dispensations to come, they
may lack the charisma to stand out from the crowd,
the character to influence committed followership
and the courage to pursue and achieve their dreams
and God-given purposes in life. Rhema Harvest Institute
was therefore set up to help potential leaders develop
the strong character, professional competencies
and clear commission required to fulfil their God-given
Ministries and personal aspirations.

Institute is a distinctive centre that combines biblical
principles with management strategies to evolve a
unique model for human resource and leadership development
in the Christian community and corporate sector. The
Institute has a cumulative experience of over a decade
of Christian Leadership Development with special focus
on Personal Development and Empowerment, Strategic
Leadership Development, Leadership Coaching and Mentoring,
Organisational Development and Institutional Systems
Strengthening, and Leadership Resource Development.
It is our hope that we will create for you the opportunity
